Return and Exchange Policies
We offer a 7-day Return and Exchange Policy from the date of delivery. To ensure a smooth process and to maintain the quality of our inventory, please adhere to the following guidelines.
1. Return Conditions
The "Perfect Condition" Rule
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the garment must be in its original, unused condition. We will not accept returns for:
- Worn or Washed Products:Worn or Washed Products: Items showing signs of wear, body odor, perfume, deodorant stains, or makeup marks.
- Missing Tags:Items without the original brand tags, price tags, and wash-care labels attached.
- Damaged by Customer:Items with snags, ripped seams, or broken zippers caused during trial.
- Altered Items:Clothing that has been resized or modified in any way.
2. Anti-Fraud & Fake Product Prevention
- Original Packaging:Returns must include the original transparent poly-bag and any accessories (belts, pins, buttons) included in the package.
- Security Tags:If your item arrived with a "Do Not Remove" security plastic tag, the return will be rejected if this tag is cut or tampered with.
- Quality Check (QC):Every return undergoes a rigorous manual inspection at our warehouse. If the product received is different from what was shipped (e.g., a different brand, old clothes, or a used item), the refund will be denied and the incident reported.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect yourself against receiving a defective item or being accused of a "fake return," we strongly recommend filming a 360-degree unboxing video.
- Note:If you claim the product is missing or damaged, this video serves as the primary evidence for a quick resolution.
4 How to Initiate a Return

Go to the "My Orders" section of the app/website.

Select the item you wish to return or exchange.

Upload 3 clear photos of the product (Front, Back, and the Tag).

Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled within 24–48 hours.
5 Refund Process
Prepaid Orders
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (Bank Account/UPI) within 5–7 business days after the product passes the quality check.
Cash on Delivery
You will be prompted to provide your UPI ID or Bank Details during the return request. Refunds will be processed once the item reaches our warehouse and is verified.
